We do our best to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date. Because many items are limited, handmade, or produced in collaboration with artists and partners, availability may change without notice.

At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because many of our products are limited releases, handcrafted, or created through special collaborations, all purchases are final. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can work toward a resolution.

In the future, we will accept returns or exchanges for online orders up to 30 days after purchase.

E Ola exists to uplift Hawaiʻi, community, and culture. We ask that all interactions connected to this platform reflect respect for poʻe, place, and ʻike.
